When you contact us, book services, or claim an offer, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email, and details about your dog (name, breed, vaccination records, health and behavior information). Payment card details are collected and processed by our booking and payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on this website.

How we use it. To schedule and provide daycare, boarding, and grooming services; to verify vaccination requirements; to contact you about your dog and your bookings; and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with. Service providers who help us operate (booking/payment software, email and messaging tools), and veterinary professionals in an emergency involving your dog. Otherwise we share personal information only when required by law.
